Traditionally, when your teeth needed a crown, you had to wait several weeks wearing a temporary crown before your permanent one came in. Now, with CEREC technology, you can achieve beautiful and healthy teeth in only one visit.

NEW AND IMPROVED CROWN TECHNOLOGY

At Lawrence J. Larsen, DDS, we use CEREC, a state-of-the-art method, to restore your teeth. CEREC uses tooth-colored ceramic, not metal, restoring your tooth to its natural beauty, strength, and function.

Unlike other tooth restoration procedures, CEREC can be done in a single visit to the dentist. You can come in, and we'll take images of your damaged tooth or teeth, along with all your mouth. These will be loaded onto the CEREC machine, and with cutting-edge CAD/CAM technology, we will create a digital and computerized image of your tooth or teeth, along with precise measurements and an overall blueprint for your new tooth.

This information is sent to the milling machine, and your new crown will be readied while we prepare your tooth. You'll be in and out before you know it, showing off your new and improved smile to your friends, family, and anyone you pass on the street.

CEREC technology is also good for veneers, inlays, and onlays, although crowns are its most popular use.

This technology is economical for both you and your dentist. We choose to use the most reliable and affordable treatments for you. If you're worried about cost, we will gladly discuss payment options and plans with you.
